BookADual is committed to making our website and app usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technologies.

Conformance target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 Level AA. We design with semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, a "skip to content" link on every page, and screen-reader-announced form errors.

Known limitations

• The interactive calendar (a third-party component) may not be fully operable by every assistive technology; we provide the same scheduling actions in list form where possible.
• Some date/time pickers rely on the browser's native control, whose accessibility varies by platform.

We treat accessibility as ongoing work and remediate reported issues promptly.
