By creating an account or using BookADual ("the Service") at bookadual.com, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

BookADual is currently available only in Alabama and provided free of charge to members of the Alabama Wrestling Coaches Association (ALWCA), for use by wrestling coaches and program staff to schedule meets. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and use the Service only for legitimate scheduling. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of events you create.

Accounts

Accounts are invite-based and tied to a school. Coaches at the same school share one schedule. Do not impersonate another school or coach.

Availability & changes

The Service is offered "as is" during beta and may change, pause, or end. We may modify these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Acceptable use

Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

Privacy & student data

Our Privacy Policy and Student Data Privacy page describe how we handle information. For schools, the school is the data controller and BookADual acts as a processor.

Fees

BookADual is currently free for ALWCA members. If we introduce paid plans, we will give notice and any paid terms (billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds) will be presented before you are charged.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

BookADual is a scheduling tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed, changed, or cancelled meets, travel costs, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Always confirm meet details directly with the other program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which, while BookADual is provided free of charge, is zero).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BookADual harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alabama for any disputes.
