This policy governs your use of BookADual. By using the service you agree not to misuse it.

You agree not to

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other coaches, or send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform's messaging/challenge features.
• Impersonate another school, coach, or person.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or breach security or authentication measures.
• Upload malware, or post unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.
• Use the service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

Consequences

We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, remove offending content, and where appropriate report activity to the relevant authorities or school administration.

Copyright / DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on BookADual infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL/location of the material; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
