BookADual ("we") provides dual-meet scheduling for wrestling coaches at bookadual.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

How we use it

To operate the service: authenticate you, show your school's shared schedule, notify the other school of challenges and changes by email, and keep the app secure.

Email

We send transactional email (verification, challenge notifications, invites) via our email provider. We do not sell your information or send marketing email unrelated to scheduling. Notification emails include an option to opt out of non-essential messages.

Sharing

Your school name and scheduling activity are visible to other coaches on the platform (that's the point — it's a scheduling network). We share data with infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for hosting, our email provider) only to run the service. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can change your password in-app and request deletion of your account by emailing hello@bookadual.com.

Sub-processors

We rely on these providers to operate BookADual, all in the United States:

Data retention & deletion

We retain account and scheduling data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing hello@bookadual.com; we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and (under CCPA/CPRA) to know what we collect and to opt out of any "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email hello@bookadual.com; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Children

BookADual is intended for coaches and program staff, not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. For student data in a school context, see our Student Data Privacy page.

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies. See our Cookie Notice for details.
